From Sales to Signature Pages: My Journey Into Writing


For over two decades, I’ve lived and breathed the world of sales—closing deals, coaching teams and building lives through financial planning. It’s a space where performance is measured by numbers, but success is driven by mindset, purpose and consistency.
After achieving 18 MDRTs, 4 COTs, and 1 prestigious TOT distinction, I felt an urge to give back—not just in conversations or coaching sessions, but in a more permanent form. That’s how my book, Winning by Design, was born.


It wasn’t about becoming an author for the sake of a title. It was about crystallizing the principles that helped me rise from a local engineering graduate to one of the top 1% in the financial services industry. The book became my way of passing on what I know—to aspiring professionals, entrepreneurs, athletes and anyone who wants to succeed by design, not by chance.
