My Journey as F17’s Founder

At F17 Football Academy, our journey over the past year has been one of resilience, vision and transformation. When I stepped in as Director, the academy was at a crossroads—struggling with declining enrollment, financial pressure and on the verge of closing its doors. But I saw potential where others saw problems.

Since taking over, I have led the revival of F17, growing our enrollment from 180 to over 400 passionate young athletes aged 4 to 17. Through strategic planning, a renewed coaching philosophy and a deep commitment to our community, we turned the academy around, achieving an annual profit of $200,000 and building something far greater than numbers alone.

Today, F17 Football Academy is valued close to $3 million, a powerful testament to what is possible with belief, focus and consistent action. While many larger, well-established academies struggled during the pandemic, we not only stayed afloat, we thrived.

Our success is rooted in a simple but powerful purpose—to nurture young talent and instill a lifelong love for the game in a safe, supportive and inspiring environment. F17 is not just a football academy. It is a movement, a family and a future-building ground for the stars of tomorrow.
