Before you apply

Is every session private with Magesh?

The monthly session of up to two hours is a private one-to-one mentoring session with Magesh. The three weekly Zoom rooms are live implementation and accountability sessions that may include other selected mentees.

Are the three weekly Zoom sessions compulsory?

Consistent attendance is strongly expected because the programme is built around implementation and accountability. The agreement will state attendance expectations, schedules and any replay or make-up arrangements.

Does the programme guarantee COT qualification?

No. COT qualification depends on experience, market conditions, activity, implementation, client circumstances, MDRT rules and many other factors. The mentorship provides strategy, coaching, systems and accountability, not guaranteed income, commissions or qualification.

Will Magesh advise on specific financial products?

No. The mentorship focuses on sales performance, communication, client trust, discipline, referrals, productivity and leadership. Mentees remain responsible for following their firm's compliance rules and all applicable regulations.

Can I leave before the 12 months are completed?

This is intended as a 12-month contractual commitment. Cancellation, payment, pause and termination terms will be clearly stated in the signed mentorship agreement before the programme begins.

Is a payment plan available?

The total programme investment is SGD 18,000. Any approved payment schedule will be discussed during admission and documented in the agreement. No payment is required merely to submit an application.

Mentorship content is educational and performance-focused. It is not legal, tax, compliance, investment or product advice. MDRT, COT and TOT are performance distinctions; past achievements are not a promise of future results or qualification.
